More of our Tenn trip

We got back from Michael's sisters place back to Bristol Friday night and Sat we went to the Bristol race.  That was so much fun just watching the race festivities live and was so excited the paratrooper landed right in front of us!  Michael liked that our seats were only 12 rows from the track so the action was right there!

 After the race we drove a few hours to get closer to home and actually get to a hotel that had vacancies...  so since we stopped in Salem we got to have breakfast in the am with a dear friend of mine that I had known since he was born, and yes, I used to abuse him, I mean babysit him.  It was nice to meet his kids and have a nice conversation with him and his wife, I could have sat for hours with them but we had to drive back home that day.

So that was our trip, we saw a lot of family and friends and only had the race planned, so glad we had the chance to see so many!!!  Definitely one of the better trips from the past couple years

Summer fun

Hi All, I know it has been a long time since I updated my blog, sorry for that, but I updated the catalogs too, so take a peek...

We have been busy this year with vacations, this is our last trip, Katelin and I went to Ocean City for the long Labor day weekend.  We had so much fun and saw dolphins swimming in the ocean, as well as other fish and minnows closer to shore.  On Sunday it started raining so we went back to our Hotel room and while sitting on the balcony I saw the life guards flagging everyone to come to shore, and then we saw fins swimming very close to shore.  Everyone says they were sharks.  I am glad we didn't plan to swim after that!  We did have a good trip and had a lot of fun just hanging at the beach for a few days, nice and relaxing for momma!

March Stamp Camp

Finally!!! Here are the picture's of March stamp camp cards!!!!! You all know what the delay was, and be careful touching some of these cards, the ink was still wet on a few of the cards as I was taking the picture's! Just kidding, but one of the cards did get designed and stamped right before taking the picture's tonight! Don't forget to RSVP by March 1st to come on either March 3rd or the 5th, hope to see you then! I have missed stamping and my stampin buddies so I hope to catch up with you then! Hope you enjoy the pink and green theme this camp appearently took on!

Update for our house: foundation wall is still not started, more delays as usual! Therefore the February stamp camp may be delayed longer. I am not liking everything placed everywhere and in boxes and under plastic while contstruction is still going on! I can't find anything!!!!! I will keep you posted as we get things done,

I know it has been a while since I have posted, I am sorry! We had a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year, and have been working hard on our house all along! I am starting to focus more on stamping so I will try and post more soon! As well as pictures of Christmas?
I hope everyone has had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year also and I look forward to getting back to posting and stamping! Of course the house will need work also, so I will try and fit it all in somehow

November Technique

This is the technique for November camps, the dates are November 3rd, 5th or 7th
This scallopped background was made with masking the reverse of the scallop die and sponge and stamp to create the background!
